PKR234 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

By using PKR234 in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing or playing — you accept these terms unconditionally. You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements before creating an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR234 does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing PKR234 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether through PKR234 or any other platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one PKR234 account. This limit applies per person, per household, per mobile device and per payment method. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. Do not share these with anyone.
• You must notify PKR234 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• PKR234 will not be liable for any losses resulting from you sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.

PKR234 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any point. If discrepancies are found, your account may be suspended pending resolution.

PKR234 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
• PKR234 does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
• PKR234 reserves the right to decline a deposit at its discretion, for example if fraud or money laundering risk is detected.
• Deposits are made for gaming purposes only. PKR234 may request the source of funds for large or unusual deposits as part of its compliance obligations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to a different person's account — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for VIP Gold-tier and above, and within a few hours for all other accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, PKR234 may require you to verify your identity. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC. This is a standard compliance requirement — not an unusual request.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to their specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. VIP cashback is exempt and can be withdrawn immediately without wagering.
• PKR234 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for security review if unusual activity is detected on the account.
• PKR234 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard amounts. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently of PKR234.

PKR234 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages and special event promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. PKR234 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated, deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion's individual terms. Unfulfilled bonus balances after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per mobile device.
• PKR234 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating bets with other players or exploiting bonus terms in bad faith — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension and possible forfeiture of all associated balances.

The PKR234 VIP Club consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is automatic — every registered account begins at Bronze tier on creation.

• VIP tier advancement is determined by loyalty points earned through real-money play. Points accumulation thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP Club page.
• Tier upgrades are processed automatically by the platform system — no manual request is required.
• PKR234 applies tier protection windows to prevent immediate demotion during periods of reduced activity. The exact duration of protection periods is detailed on the VIP Club page and is subject to change.
• Benefits associated with each VIP tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal speeds, bonus entitlements and account manager access — are subject to change. PKR234 will communicate changes to VIP members in advance where possible.
• VIP status and associated loyalty points are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside the PKR234 platform.
• PKR234 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or revoke VIP status if the terms of the programme are violated or if the account is found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

All games available on PKR234 — including slots, live casino, Ludo, virtual sports and cricket betting — are subject to the following fair play rules:

• Slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are regularly audited to verify their integrity.
• Live casino games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers on camera. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined entirely by physical chance.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed. PKR234 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of technical error acknowledged by PKR234.
• In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, PKR234 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake. Any winnings derived from a demonstrated malfunction will be voided.

• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR234. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live multiplayer games such as Ludo.
• Using bots, automated software or external calculation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKR234 staff or other players.
• Allowing or encouraging a minor to use your PKR234 account.
• Attempting to transfer account balances to another player's account.
